Joe A. Robarts.
Joe A. Robarts, age 64, of Rittman, formerly of Madera, California, passed away on Friday, Feb. 28, 2025, at 101 W. Sunset Dr. in Rittman, following a period of declining health.
Joe was born on Oct. 6, 1960, in Madera, California, to the late Richard and Mary (Neves) Robarts. He married the love of his life Dawn Bowman on Sept. 28, 2008, in Madera, California. Dawn preceded him in death on Jan. 12, 2025.
Joe worked for many years as an auctioneer in the wrecking scrap yard industry.
In his spare time, Joe was passionate about motorcycles, fast cars, and putting together car, plane, and ship models. He enjoyed watching western TV shows and was a simple man who cherished spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Joe is survived by four children: Raelyne (Matt) Fugate of Wooster; Joseph (Samantha) Bowman of Spring Creek, Nevada; Brandon (Nicole) Robarts of Staten Island, New York; and Lauren Pruett of Wooster; five grandchildren, Abigail, Mitchyll, Cole, Harper, and Lucas; and two great-grandchildren, Brentley and Paisley.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dawn Rae Robarts; his father, Richard Robarts; and his mother, Dorthy Robarts.
Per Joe’s wishes there will be no services, and cremation will take place.
