By the title of this article, you may think I will write about my job at the Madera Tribune. I do love my job working in this wonderful community of Madera, with a staff of wonderfully dedicated people who not only love Madera, but also love the Madera Tribune. This job is indeed a great job.

I recently wrote about my first job, where I started as a teenager in a men’s retail clothing store in Atlanta. It was a great job, and I had great fun working there. It was my first job, but it was also where I got my first experience in accounting, where I became the accounts receivable bookkeeper.

My next job was a bank teller. After I got married, my new husband enrolled in Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. So, I left my first job at Parks-Chambers, and we moved to New Orleans.
