MPD responds to burglaries

On Monday, the Madera Police Department received a call regarding a subject seen removing property from a residence in the 2800 block of Driftwood Drive. 

Officers arrived at the home and noticed an open window. The resident was contacted and told officers no one had permission to remove any of his property.

During the investigation, officers discovered the suspect entered the residence through the window and exited the garage.
