HOSA recognizes Madera South High

Four students from Madera South High School qualified to attend HOSA’s Nationals in Houston, Texas, in June.


Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA), also known as Future Health Professionals, is an international student organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services. The goal of HOSA is to encourage all health science instructors and students to be actively involved in health practices, and to train young people for work in the health care field.


HOSA, Inc. is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service in the United States as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization since June 1981. This means it is a charitable organization that is eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions.
