Gun and ammo found in stop

MPD Officer Jeremy McCool conducted a traffic stop near Adell and Austin streets on Friday.

He contacted the driver, identified as 20-year-old, Elijah Rodriguez, who was in possession of a loaded, unregistered Glock 9mm handgun concealed on his person.

Based on the evidence located during this traffic stop, a search warrant was authored for his residence.
