The Madera Coyotes boys volleyball team rallied from an emotional beginning to fire off three straight set wins for a 3-1 County/Metro Athletic Conference victory over the Edison-Fresno Tigers on Senior Night.
The Coyotes couldn’t get out of their own way in a 25-21 loss to the Tigers in the first set. However, Madera picked up wins of 25-18, 25-17 and 25-19 to close out a four-set victory Thursday in Joe Flores Gym.
Before the match, the Coyotes honored seniors Eduardo Enriguez, Kelvyn DeLeon, Michael Cunningham and Matthew Carrera, and they all contributed in the win.
