The Madera Coyotes boys volleyball team, fresh off a seven-match tournament last weekend, was still trying to find on-court chemistry in a three-set loss to Fresno Christian in Joe Flores Gym.
The Coyotes lost the first two sets 50-34 before battling the Eagles in a 26-24 loss in the third set in Tuesday’s non-conference match.
Matthew Carrera led the Coyotes with seven kills, all in the last two sets. Damian Bispham and Ty Davis added four kills each while seven different Coyotes recorded kills.
