Coyote softball set to induct five

The Madera Coyote softball team decided to re-introduce its Hall of Fame for the upcoming 2025 season as a fundraiser.

The initial Hall of Fame previously inducted Leroy Zimmerman, Rody and Rosemary Rodefur, Ignacio Magos and Judy Shaubach, but had been discontinued for a number of years.

This year, with the help of the Madera Foundation of high school Athletic Needs (Madera F.A.N.), the softball program will host the 2025 Hall of Fame on Saturday at the Madera Municipal Golf Course Banquet room.
