Chicken, chicken, everywhere

Rotisserie chicken is an extremely popular choice for dinners and many other culinary uses.

If you think about it, chicken meat is on just about every restaurant menu across the nation, and probably beyond (except for vegan, vegetarian and ice cream parlors, candy stores, etc). Check your cookbooks and there are probably more chicken recipes than for any other type of meat. And here I am, adding more to the pile.

But it is a very popular choice of protein, and usually very reasonable in price, plus chicken comes in many different forms. You can get ground chicken, chicken nuggets or tenders, rotisserie chicken, fried chicken, chicken in a can or pouch, and cut-up into pieces, fresh or frozen. Well, you get the idea; I am starting to sound like Bubba in the movie, Forrest Gump, when he described all the many ways a person can fix shrimp.

Let’s open the recipe coop and let the chicken recipes out. Hope you find something you like.
