Calbee opens Innovation Center in Madera

Calbee R & D Innovation Center held its Grand Opening and tour in Madera at 20237 Masa Street, formerly the Warnock Foods building.


Calbee is Japan’s No. 1 Snack Company. The Madera Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony before the grand opening tour Friday morning. Debi Bray, CEO of the Chamber, welcomed all and thanked Calbee for choosing Madera.


Just before the ribbon cutting, the Director of R & D, Takuro Katsumi, welcomed everyone to the event, and introduced the senior management. Calbee Madera currently has over 200 employees, and is thankful to the community of Madera for welcoming them. The company is looking to engage in the community.
