Boxing club gets new home

The Gonzalez Boxing sign sits proudly above Daniel Gonzalez’s new gym at 16491 Road 26, across from Monterrey Tire). The new facility is a significant upgrade than working out more than 50 boxers out of his home.

Daniel Gonzalez will finally get to host a grand opening for his new Gonzalez Boxing Gym (16491 Road 26) after spending the last five years at his hime. 

Gonzalez originally began his boxing gym with his children. But, when COVID hit, he opened invited friends and family to come in to keep active. 

“It spiraled into one thing to another,” he said.
