A taste of Ireland for St. Patrick’s Day

Consider adding some Irish brown bread to your St. Patrick’s Day celebration.

 

A lot of people are looking forward to St. Patrick’s Day on March 17, not only for some good food, but also for the enjoyment of good friends.


On my mom’s side of the family, an aunt did a very extensive genealogy search that took her to many countries, including Scotland and Ireland.


The only thing I am unable to be sure about is the question of did I have Scottish ancestors who lived in Ireland, or Irish ancestors who lived in Scotland? There were relatives in both countries. And, of course, they may have been born in the country they resided in, but I think they were immigrants.
