Church to honor ministry couple

The Galilee Missionary Baptist Church will hold its 35th annual appreciation services for the Rev. Dr. Robert L. and Lady Rose Walker on Sunday at the church, 22491 Fairmead Blvd.

The morning speaker, at 11 a.m., will be the Rev. Dale Knott, associate minister of the Saint Rest Missionary Baptist Church under the pastorate of the Rev. D.J. Criner of Fresno.

At 3 p.m., the speaker will be the Rev. Phil Jenkins, master of theology, of the New Canaan Missionary Baptist Church of Los Banos.

Members of the community are invited.
