Sent her a birthday card. It came back insufficient address. Had her street address and a Zip Code of 81525-9739.<\/p>\n<p>Now, New Liberty has a population of 533. One can see her house from the Post Office. Everyone knows everyone and their business. There was no snow, rain or sleet. How can her card not be delivered? Stories have come out about 50-year-old letters being delivered. How come my sister\u2019s card was returned?<\/p>\n<p>Re-stamped it and entered just 81525.
