It is more than obvious that HSR is breathing its last breaths and is on life support. The life support dollars that our Governor has used to continue this fraud are running out and these dollars are putting our state into even deeper debt.<\/p><p>As of September 22, the California\u2019s State Debt Clock shows $611 billion. If we were a company, we would be in bankruptcy. <\/p><p>HSR cannot happen with four Valley stations less than 25 miles apart. Stations need to be 75 to 120 miles apart.
