The recipients have exemplified outstanding work in the classroom, finishing with a 3.5 grade-point average or higher in both the fall and spring semesters of the 2017-2018 school year.<\/p>\n<p>These recipients include:<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Angelica Costilla-Mancha, Madera;<\/strong> Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Steven Garcia, Madera;<\/strong> Natural Sciences.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Veronica Garcia Arias, Madera;<\/strong> Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Shehryar Iqbal, Madera;<\/strong> Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Eduardo Mendoza, Madera;<\/strong> Natural Sciences.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Rabia Qaiser, Madera;<\/strong> Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Sayra Romero Ceja, Madera;<\/strong> Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Laura Salas-Medina, Madera;<\/strong> Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts.<\/p>\n<p>More than 750 students \u2014 the top 10 percent of the university\u2019s student body \u2014 were honored at the Oct. 20 ceremony.
