Rodriguez Vargas, was named the 29th annual Ken Taylor Boy of the Year at a ceremony dinner held by the Madera Rotary Club.<\/p><p>Vargas was very surprised at being the one chosen for this honor, and he gave a sincere and humble acceptance speech as he received the award Tuesday at the Madera Golf and Country Club.<\/p><p>The Madera Rotary Club honored Vargas, as well as other accomplished students from Madera high schools, all of which were Boys of the Month for the past school year.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Matilda Torres High School senior Jose E.
