{"id":2684,"date":"2017-11-09T14:56:00","date_gmt":"2017-11-09T14:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/maderatribustg.wpenginepowered.com\/?p=2684"},"modified":"2026-05-13T18:32:09","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T18:32:09","slug":"deputy-association-endorses-moreno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/maderatribune.com\/es\/deputy-association-endorses-moreno\/","title":{"rendered":"Deputy association endorses Moreno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MADERA RANCHOS \u2014 The Madera County District Sheriff Association announced they will endorse prosecutor Sally Orme Moreno for District Attorney.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe has extensive experience prosecuting some of the worst criminals in Madera County,\u201d MDSA president Michael Motz said. \u201cShe\u2019s a proven team player who will work with law enforcement and won\u2019t rest until justice is served for victims.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The association\u2019s membership consists of Madera County\u2019s sheriff\u2019s deputies and district attorney investigators.<\/p>\n<p>Moreno is a former police officer, Army veteran and prosecuting attorney.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s time for a mindset change at the top of the DA\u2019s office. The <a href=\"https:\/\/maderatribune.com\/es\/home\/hashtags\/1\/\">#1<\/a> priority of the District Attorney should be putting victims first.
