It is my favorite food dish on the Thanksgiving table. I like to make it with the dry bread cubes, homemade cornbread (not the sweet cake-like kind), some turkey broth, lots of celery, onion and butter and seasoned with poultry seasoning.<\/p><p>Sometimes I have added some cooked, chopped chestnuts. I know people who add black olives, bacon, sausage, rice, raisins and all sorts of other things.
