It is my favorite time of year, both weather-wise and food-wise, as I love to feel cozy and fix hearty meals.<\/p><p>Last year, we had a new wood-burning stove installed in the living room, and I can\u2019t wait to enjoy a nice fire that shows through the glass door. I will sit nearby and finish crocheting a Christmas afghan I started a year ago. And if I am lucky, I will nibble on a spicy pumpkin muffin that I made from my favorite recipe. (I will include it here, even though I have previously shared it.)<\/p><p>At the time of this writing, it is still September, and it is pretty warm. Looking forward to some crisp, Fall weather. It can\u2019t be very far away.
