Madera County Clerk-Recorder and Registrar of Voters, Rebecca Martinez announced Wednesday that in order to be eligible to vote in the November 5, Consolidated General Election, persons must register to vote by October 21.
In order to be eligible to register to vote at the Consolidated General Election, one must be a United States Citizen, live in Madera County and be 18 years old on or before Election Day.
Since the passage of Proposition 17 in 2020 and the law was changed, individuals who are currently on parole for the conviction of a felony, may now register and vote. Know your rights and register to vote today.
