After years of seeing the Madera Community Hospital while driving to Fresno from Merced, Dr. Sony Sidhu is now in charge of that same hospital.
“I used to drive down State Route 99 and look at this hospital on the side,” she said. “I thought this is a neat hospital for the community. How interesting would it be to see how it works? This always interested me because it was right there. You can’t miss it. I thought this was a nice model about 10-15 years ago. I thought it would be neat to be a part of this. It’s like a full-circle moment. There’s always a reason for these things.”
Several months after opening, Advanced American Management has made a change at the top. Sidhu started her new position as the MCH CEO on July 3, and has hit the ground running in place of former CEO, Steve Stark.
