Representatives of American Advanced Management (AAM) were met with a packed house during a town hall meeting, organized by Madera Coalition for Community Justice, to talk about the reopening of Madera Community Hospital, which has been closed for a year-and-a-half.

Madera residents, employees, elected officials, and state representatives gathered at the Madera Superintendent of Schools building Thursday evening, all eager to hear what they had to say about the anticipated reopening of the hospital.

Among those in attendance were State Assemblywoman Esmeralda Soria, representative for Anna Caballero of the state senate, Arturo Martinez, Supervisor Leticia Gonzalez, Artemio Villegas of City Council and Mayor Santos Garcia, along with Superintendent of Schools Cecilia Massetti, to name a few. They, along with some 300 other individuals listened to what the team from AAM, who is responsible for the hospital’s reopening, had to say before they fielded questions from the audience.
